Making the Invisible Visible for Better Inclusion

The Visible Leader Training Program For Individuals

84% of organizations anticipate a shortfall of leaders in the next 5 years. This is while organizations also deal with a substantial lack of women, LGBTQIA members, and people of color in leadership positions, and, a lack of intentionally inclusive environments. At AJ Rao, LLC, we are on a mission to transform 1000 traditionally marginalized people into Visible Leaders by 2021. We will be with you every step of the way as you transform yourself into a Visible Leader and leverage your leadership development to soar in your career!

What the Visible Leader Training Program can do for Your Organization

83% of organizations believe that Leadership Development should happen across all levels, but only 5% of companies actually implement this. These companies experience 114% higher sales, 42% better operational efficiency, and more. At AJ Rao, LLC, we take pride in helping your organization take care of its most important asset – the employees. We are on a mission to transform 1,000 traditionally marginalized people into Visible Leaders by 2021 and empower their leadership contributions to their organizations. We would love to partner with you on this!

Mental Wellbeing and Empowerment Training Guarantee Employee Engagement and Retention

Workplace related mental health and wellbeing problems cost the global economy over $1 trillion due to lost productivity, absenteeism, and decreased interest and engagement in work. Cut your costs, increase productivity, and loyalty by ensuring that your employees are thriving. At AJ Rao, LLC, we offer an array of coaching services to ensure mental wellbeing and empowerment for all people.

Implement Convergence, Not Conformity If Your Goal is Real Inclusion

Empowering people to align by converging toward shared purpose and goals increases their engagement, loyalty, and investment in the project. Conformity only creates group think, yet, most current DEI initiatives are designed to conform people instead of empowering them to converge. At AJ Rao, LLC, we custom tailor our services to increase your convergence and alignment, and to decrease conformity.

Understanding Intersectionalities is Key to Organizational Success

Emphasizing diversity, without understanding the reality of employees’ intersectionalities is one of the biggest mistakes in the entire DEI space. Any investment in such initiatives is a sheer waste of money because these initiatives will not be sustainable. At AJ Rao, LLC, we study the insights from disaggregated data to inform our strategy and tactics for you. We offer several workshops and trainings on understanding the reality and impact of intersectionalities in your organization, and the best ways to leverage them for inclusion.

An Intentionally Inclusive Organization Makes More Profits

Organizations that are more diverse and inclusive have employees who are more loyal and engaged, and report 46%-58% better performance, 19% better innovation, and up to 36% greater profits. At AJ Rao, LLC we believe that Intentional Inclusion should be the foundational mindset of an organization’s culture, leadership and all employees. We can help you create this mindset and an inclusive space for collaborative, meaningful, profitable work.

Making The Invisible Visible For Better Inclusion

On July 27, 2019, the LEGupward Framework was first unveiled at the National Convention of the New Leaders Council in Des Moines, Iowa

*It turns out that though I had challenged those messages (of being invisible and not showing my intelligence) in the past, those messages still lingered. I discovered this when I pursued being a leader and organizer of a collaborative group of creatives. Being the leader made me more visible than I’d ever been before. And I was struggling.

With the help of Dr. AJ, I was not only able to confront and challenge those beliefs, but she helped me to develop a daily practice to maintain the gains and continue to challenge those beliefs. Through this practice, I am becoming more and more the visible leader I want and need to be. She is able to challenge and support your growth in a way that is deep and sustainable. I am forever grateful.
